i had septorhynoplasty 7 weeks ago

Q. I had septorhynoplasty 7 weeks ago , after 6 weeks from the operation ,i got hum on my nose that was not there befor the operation, i am so worry about it .. i asked my doctor he said he cannot do anyting regarding it .. and its bony not soft ?,
